📋 SEHAL Team Check-In & Game Day Procedures

Mandatory Team Check-In
All teams must complete check-in one day prior to their first scheduled game.

Check-in will take place on-site with SEHAL officials and will include:

  • Official Roster Verification

  • 📦 Distribution of Team Packets, which contain:

    • Official roster sheets

    • Game towels

    • Team beverages

    • Administrative instructions and facility rules

Teams will not be permitted to compete until check-in is completed.


🧼 Facility Clean-Up Expectations
To uphold SEHAL’s professional standards:

  • Teams must clean their bench and sideline area immediately after each game.

  • Remove all bottles, towels, trash, and personal gear before leaving the court.

  • Respect for the venue and fellow teams is mandatory.


🎽 Uniform & Game Standards

  • All uniforms must comply with NFHS regulations.

  • Non-compliance may result in penalties or disqualification.

  • Teams must bring both home and away jerseys to avoid color conflicts.


🕒 Game Format & Rules

  • Game Length: 4 Quarters × 8 Minutes

  • Total Duration: ~36 Minutes (with standard stoppages)

  • Shot Clock: Enforced in all SEHAL games

  • Running Clock: ❌ Not permitted under any circumstances

These standards are in place to maintain competitive integrity and ensure a high-quality experience for athletes, coaches, and scouts.
