✅ Mandatory Team Check-In
All teams must complete check-in one day prior to their first scheduled game.
Check-in will take place on-site with SEHAL officials and will include:
✅ Official Roster Verification
📦 Distribution of Team Packets, which contain:
Official roster sheets
Game towels
Team beverages
Administrative instructions and facility rules
⛔ Teams will not be permitted to compete until check-in is completed.
🧼 Facility Clean-Up Expectations
To uphold SEHAL’s professional standards:
Teams must clean their bench and sideline area immediately after each game.
Remove all bottles, towels, trash, and personal gear before leaving the court.
Respect for the venue and fellow teams is mandatory.
🎽 Uniform & Game Standards
All uniforms must comply with NFHS regulations.
Non-compliance may result in penalties or disqualification.
Teams must bring both home and away jerseys to avoid color conflicts.
🕒 Game Format & Rules
Game Length: 4 Quarters × 8 Minutes
Total Duration: ~36 Minutes (with standard stoppages)
Shot Clock: Enforced in all SEHAL games
Running Clock: ❌ Not permitted under any circumstances
