League Commissioner
Jarrell Strong directs all basketball operations, competition standards, scheduling, and program relations. He ensures consistent rule enforcement, oversees event execution, and maintains the integrity of SEHAL across all member programs.

Head Legal Advisor
Ben Thomas provides governance oversight, bylaws enforcement, legal review, dispute resolution, and NCAA/TCAL compliance interpretation. He protects SEHAL’s policies, intellectual property, and long-term organizational stability.

Director of Academic Excellence & Compliance
Michael leads academic evaluations, eligibility enforcement, transcript verification, and NCAA/NAIA academic compliance. He ensures every SEHAL athlete meets rigorous academic standards and supports schools with best practices.
