The Southeast Elite High School Athletic League (SEHAL) is proud to officially announce the appointment of Jarrell Strong as the League Commissioner for the 2025–2026 season.

Mr. Strong brings a wealth of experience and innovation to SEHAL, serving concurrently as the Marketing Manager for RecruitLook Hoops. In that role, he has led national team rankings, recruitment coverage, email campaigns, social media strategy, and national event operations—all while establishing himself as a respected leader in grassroots basketball.

Jarrell’s ability to build trusted relationships with college coaches, scouts, and program directors across the country has made him one of the most influential rising figures in the industry.
