SEHAL’s Own Cedric Haynes Jr. Officially Signs with OTE’s YNG Dreamerz

The Southeast Elite High School Athletic League (SEHAL) is proud to announce that Class of 2026 guard Cedric Haynes Jr., of Atlanta, Georgia, and TD Prep, has officially committed to joining the YNG Dreamerz of the Overtime Elite (OTE) league for the upcoming season.

Haynes has emerged as one of the most dynamic and versatile guards in SEHAL, known for his high-level scoring, elite playmaking, maturity, and relentless competitiveness on both ends of the floor. Over the past season, his consistent growth and standout performances positioned him as one of the premier prospects in the Southeast region.

Competing in SEHAL provided Cedric with the stage to sharpen his skills against top-tier talent while showcasing his leadership and ability to impact winning. His progression from a promising guard to a nationally recognized prospect is a testament to both his dedication and the competitive environment SEHAL delivers.

Joining Overtime Elite’s YNG Dreamerz marks a major milestone—not only for Cedric but also for the SEHAL program. OTE is regarded as one of the top developmental leagues in the country, known for its professional structure, elite training, and exposure to national and international scouts. Cedric’s transition to OTE reinforces the mission of SEHAL: to develop, elevate, and provide real pathways for young athletes to reach the highest levels of basketball.
