The Southeast Elite High School Athletic League (SEHAL) was created to do more than schedule games — it was built to redefine the culture of elite Prep high school basketball across the Southeastern United States. As the premier platform for top-tier prep programs, SEHAL delivers national exposure, elite development, and a championship mindset that transcends the court.
A New Era With Banneker High School
The Southeast Elite High School Athletic League (SEHAL) is proud to announce its new strategic partnership with Banneker High School in College Park, Georgia (ATL) — a powerhouse institution that fully embodies the league’s mission of elevating Southern basketball. This partnership marks a major step forward as SEHAL continues to expand, strengthen, and unify elite basketball across the Southeast.
Effective immediately, all SEHAL events will now be hosted at Banneker High School.
This transition reflects our commitment to providing athletes with a top-notch facility, improved logistical support, and a world-class environment for competition.
Through this partnership, Banneker High School gains year-round access to national showcases, enhanced media exposure, college recruiting opportunities, and developmental resources designed to help student-athletes reach the next level. Together, SEHAL and Banneker High School are setting the standard for what elite Prep high school basketball looks like in the South.

SEHAL operates under TCAL Southeast, a regional division of the Texas Christian Athletic League (TCAL). Established in 1991, TCAL is a nationally respected governing body serving Christian, Catholic, charter, private, and homeschool athletics. Through this structure, SEHAL adheres to NFHS standards, ensuring integrity, compliance, and fairness in every game.
